What is the return policy?
Our goal is for you to be totally in love with your purchase. If your bandana isn’t the perfect match for your wardrobe, we are happy to assist you with a return.
- The Return Window: You can request a return within 14 days of your package being delivered.
- The Condition: Because silk is a delicate luxury material, items must be returned completely unworn, unwashed, and in their original, pristine condition—safely tucked inside your signature apashka presentation box.
- Return Fee & Shipping: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Please note that a €6 return processing fee will be deducted from your final refund (this fee does not apply if the item arrived damaged or faulty). We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of untracked packages.
- Exchanges: We do not offer direct exchanges. If you want a different style, simply return your item for a refund and place a new order online.
- Sale Items: Please note that all sale or promotional items are final sale and cannot be returned.

Can I cancel my order?
We work quickly to hand-package and dispatch your order directly from our studio in Milan. Because of this fast turnaround time, order cancellations or modifications can only be processed before your item has been shipped. If you need to change or cancel an order, please email us immediately at info@apashka.com with your order number and we will do our best to accommodate you.
When will I get my order?
All items are shipped directly from Milan, Italy. Delivery times vary depending on your specific global location. We partner with premium international couriers to get your package to your doorstep safely, securely, and as promptly as possible. The moment your order leaves our studio, you will automatically receive a shipping confirmation email containing a live tracking link.
Where are your products manufactured?
Every single piece is proudly, authentically made in Italy. All of our signature, high-energy designs are originally created by the brand owner herself in her Milan studio. From there, they are printed and brought to life by master textile artisans on the historic shores of Lake Como, Italy.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping fees are calculated dynamically at checkout based on your specific global delivery address and the shipping speed selected. You will be able to see the precise shipping total for your order before finalizing your purchase.
How do I care for my silk bandana?
Because apashka bandanas are crafted from premium 14 momme silk twill, they deserve a little extra love to keep their colors high-voltage. We recommend gentle hand-washing in cold water with a mild, silk-friendly detergent. Avoid twisting or wringing the fabric. Lay it flat to dry on a towel away from direct sunlight, and iron on a low heat setting on the reverse side of the print.
Is the packaging suitable for gifting?
Absolutely. Every single order is hand-packaged in our Milan studio and arrives tucked inside a high-quality, elegant apashka presentation box. It looks like a premium gift the moment it arrives, making it perfect for birthdays, holidays, or a special treat for yourself. To keep it pristine during transit, the elegant gift box is safely packed inside a heavy-duty outer shipping box.
Will I have to pay customs duties or import taxes?
- For EU Customers: No, all orders are shipped from Milan, Italy, so no customs duties apply within the European Union.
- For US & International Customers: Orders shipped outside the EU may be subject to local import duties and taxes implemented by your country's customs authority. These fees are determined at the point of entry and are the responsibility of the customer. (Note: US orders under $800 are typically exempt from import duties).
