Silk care & Size Guide

Your Apashka silk piece is designed to be a standout, high-energy accessory. Whether you’re knotting it, tying it, or wrapping it, we want your piece to stay vibrant and crisp for as long as possible.

Find Your Fit

We offer three distinct sizes to suit every styling need. Please note that because our bandanas are finished with artisanal care—whether hand-rolled or machine-hemmed—dimensions may vary slightly from piece to piece. This subtle variation is a hallmark of our production process, ensuring each Apashka has its own unique character.

  • 33 x 33 cm: The perfect mini-accent. Ideal for tying onto a handbag, a quick neck-tie, or a sophisticated pocket square.

  • 45 x 45 cm: The classic bandana size. Designed for everyday wear—perfect for a neck knot, a bracelet wrap, or a light hair tie.

  • 70 x 70 cm: The bold statement piece. Generous enough to be worn as a headscarf, a classic neckerchief, or styled as a top.

How to Care for Your Silk

Silk is a natural, luxurious material that loves a gentle touch. To keep your Apashka looking sharp and feeling fresh, follow these simple care steps:

  • Hand Wash Only: We recommend hand-washing your silk in cool water (max 30°C) using a mild, silk-friendly detergent.

  • Gentle Handling: Never wring, twist, or scrub the fabric. Instead, gently press the water out using a clean towel.

  • Dry Naturally: Lay your silk flat to dry in the shade, away from direct sunlight or heat sources (like radiators).

  • Iron with Care: If your scarf needs a refresh, iron it while still slightly damp on a low, "silk" setting.

  • Avoid Harsh Chemicals: Avoid bleach and harsh cleaning agents. If you are in doubt, a professional dry cleaner is always the safest route for your luxury accessories.

A Note on Authenticity

Whether finished with a meticulous hand-rolled hem or a precise machine-hemmed edge, each piece is crafted with the same commitment to quality. The slight natural variations in size are not a defect—they are a hallmark of our production process, emphasizing the unique character of your scarf rather than mass-market uniformity. If you notice these small, human-touched details, embrace them; they are the signature of a product made with intention.
