RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. If it’s not the perfect match for your wardrobe, we are happy to help you with a return.

The Return Window: We accept return requests within 14 days of your package being delivered.

The Condition: Because our silk is a delicate luxury item, bandanas must be returned completely unworn, unwashed, and in their original, pristine condition - safely tucked inside the signature Apashka presentation box.

How to Start a Return: To initiate a return, please contact us at info@apashka.com with your order number. We will review your request and provide the specific return shipping instructions and the relevant return address based on your location.

Return Shipping: Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived damaged. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of untracked return packages.

Return Fee: A €6 return fee will apply on top of the shipping cost (unless the delivered item was damaged or faulty - then the fee does not apply).

Exchanges: We do not offer exchanges.

Non-Returnable Items: Sale items cannot be returned.
- Cancellations: We work quickly to hand-package and dispatch your order directly from our studio in Milan. Because of this fast turnaround time, order cancellations or modifications can only be processed before your item has been shipped. If you need to change or cancel an order, please email us immediately at info@apashka.com with your order number and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at info@apashka.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unwashed, and in its original, pristine condition, safely tucked inside the signature Apashka presentation box.
REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
