Every Apashka piece is dispatched directly from our studio in Milan, Italy. We process and pack your orders swiftly to get your new statement piece to your doorstep as soon as possible.

Tracking Your Order

Once your package is on its way, you will automatically receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow its journey.

 

Shipping Rates

Shipping is free on all orders to every country we ship to:

  • Italy
  • European Union (Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden)
  • International (United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway, United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, South Korea, Hong Kong, Singapore, Malaysia, Israel, United Arab Emirates)

We currently ship only to the countries listed above. Free shipping is applied automatically at checkout.

 

Delivery Timelines & Disclaimer

  • Processing time: 3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding Italian public holidays).
  • Transit time: 3-5 business days to every destination we ship to (Italy, the EU and international).
  • Total: most orders arrive within 6-8 business days of being placed.

We ship with tracked courier services so your order arrives safely and securely.

Please note: Delivery times are estimates provided by our carriers. If your order is delayed or does not arrive, contact us at info@apashka.com and we will work with the carrier to resolve it. The risk of loss of or damage to your order passes to you only when you, or a person you have nominated, physically receive the goods.

 

Customs and Import Duties

Please be aware that for international shipments (outside of Italy/the EU), your package may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees in the destination country. These additional costs are the sole responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking your local customs regulations before placing your order.
